Our brake pads offer considerably higher friction levels than standard pads, to improve the pads ability to “bite” the brake discs, this remains constant for the life of the pad. Standard pads are also more prone to “glaze” with mileage, which will cause them to become less effective. These pads perform at their best when used in conjunction with our Motorsport discs.

Abbott Racing brake pads have been carefully selected to offer better ‘initial bite’ & lower pedal efforts, compared to most of the cheaper ‘Performance’ alternatives offered elsewhere.
